Frank Johnston - Trustee & Chair 
Frank has been in the health service for twenty eight years and is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and Health Facilities Planner. At present he is Director of Capital Projects and Site Services at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre NHS Trust, Oxford, working on a major PFI Hospital Project.
Previously he was Estates and Facilities Director at Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospital NHS Trust. He has worked at all levels in the operational NHS including West Berks District Health Authority and the Oxford Regional Health Authority.
Frank's roles and responsibilities have focused mainly on the acute sectors in Oxford, Berkshire and Bath and his experience in the development and management of Oxford Method building in the Reading hospitals, Heatherwood Hospital and Wexham Park Hospital
