INSO SpA Licence Agreement

INSO SpA, an Italian company specialising in the design and construction of hospitals uses Oxford Method under licence. INSO pay a royalty of between 0.24% and 1.7% of the sales value of each Oxford Method contract. Milton Keynes General Hospital Trust, the new licensor has the following duties

1. Provide INSO with Oxford Method technical documentation.
2. Provide advice and assistance in relation to Oxford Method projects.
3. Assist in marketing and commercial activities.
4. Train INSO personnel.
