To identify the sequence of construction in more detail, the following headings are intended to highlight the manufactured items as they became used on site where an undercroft was used.

3. Roof finishes, and rainwater gutters and downpipes.
4. Floor slabs
5. Oxford Method panels, cills, beam covers, fascias and doorframes.
6. Undercroft drainage
7. External doors
8. Ceilings
9. Floor screeds and coverings.
10. Internal partitions and door frames. Internal glazed partitions and doors.
11. Sanitary fittings
12. Joinery fittings

The list has identified only the building requirements. Electrical and mechanical work was integrated within the programme.
