| The choosing therefore of Option 2 from the original report has been successful and this solution was applied to the remaining elevations of the Ophthalmic Unit | |
| We now have accurate cost data for the project contained within the appendices. This can be used for financial appraisals of similar work on similar buildings. | |
| Consideration can now be given to using this method on similarly constructed buildings, if a further life span of 30 years is required. | |
