Oxford Method Research Programme

The study to establish financial issues related to the retainability of Oxford Method buildings has been dealt with in two parts
The following information is intended to:-

1. Outline information of the building construction 2M or 3M.
2. Establish the intended future use of the hospital and buildings.
3. Establish alterations that have been carried out.
4. Establish the building's present use.
5. Establish if the building has an undercroft making it flexible for alterations.
6. Establish if there is easy access to the building for building operations.

It is the intention of this study to offer technical and planning information for the analysis by others who wish to produce a financial study of Oxford Method buildings.
